Shipping Times

 

For products in stock, shipping delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, but they will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest.

For custom-made products, the delivery time varies depending on the production time. All information regarding shipping and delivery dates will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

Where is My Order?

When your order is handed over to shipping, you will receive a notification email and tracking number. You can track your shipment with the tracking number.

Payment Methods

You can make your payments using a credit card.

Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exchanges of purchased products for other products are not possible.
