Spine

Spine is a full-length mirror inspired by the sea. On its surface, an arrangement of delicate fishbones reflects the traces of the past and the uncertainties of the future. Each fishbone symbolizes a division; the fragmented moments of the past, the uncertain paths of the future. These connections become visible on Spine's surface. The reflections in the mirror reveal the viewer's inner turmoil and search. The segments, meanwhile, represent the cycle of life; each break takes on a new direction. Every reflection offers a transformation, a rebirth. The sound of the sea merges with inner unrest; it's like a call from the depths. Spine becomes a reflection of these divisions and connections. Everyone who looks into it confronts the sea within themselves, rediscovering the meanings carried by the fishbones.
